I am a playwright, theatre director, teacher & actor.
Over the past forty years or so I have written and directed for a wide range of audiences and a great variety of theatre spaces.
My teaching encompasses both technical (Sight Reading) and interpretive work from Shakespeare, through Restoration Comedy to Chekhov (big love) and contemporary drama. I am available for private tutoring and I also sometimes work as a dramaturg, run workshops and speak at conferences.
As an actor I enjoyed a ten-year career in fringe, educational, repertory & commercial theatre (plus the odd bit of TV) and I’m now returning after a thirty-year break! See specific pages for details.
